A little about our youth pastors….

Todd was a youth pastor from 1989 to 1993 in a Charismatic Baptist church in Pinole, CA. He met his wife, Karena and they married in 92. They moved to Branson, MO., where they performed in the Andy Williams show and The Promise, a musical about the life of Jesus. For two years they lived in the Fort Worth area in Texas, working for Kenneth Copeland ministries. God lead them and their two kids, back to California in 2002 and have been working with teens through our fellowship since 2006.

Through the years here hundreds of teens and young adults have come through the doors, walking out having felt very seen and very ministered to. Many have grown up and still stay in contact due to the impact these two have had on them.

Focal points in this ministry are prayer, worship, hearing God, honor for God’s kids, the value of the creative and more. They create an atmosphere that is safe to be very real. Todd and Karena believe in the importance of being in the present with these ones, right where they are, no matter what’s going on in their lives. Jesus is willing to be in our mess and our victories with us and so should we.
